Q. How long does it take to complete IMC's Professional Program?

It's up to you. Each chapter takes less than one hour, some of our students choose to complete the entire course quickly while others focus on one module per week.

Q. What type of Professionals benefit from this program?

A. Our program is perfect for Midwives, Doulas, Neonatal Nurses, Massage Therapists and all Caring Professionals. The Infant Massage Therapy Certification also benefits Pediatricians and other professionals who help infants or new parents.

Q. Where can I use my certification?

A. As an Infant Massage Instructor, you can use your training to teach individuals or classes anywhere in the USA and many other countries. Please read the Introduction Chapter for more information on this topic.

Q.  Will I be able to massage babies with this Certificate?

A. Simply put, this Certification does not allow you to massage infants. You will learn and teach techniques using a Demo Doll. If you are a Massage Therapist, Nurse, Physical Therapist, or other professional certified to 'touch' then you are allowed to use these skills on infants with parent or guardian consent. We discuss this in more detail within the Introduction Chapter. Please review your alternate certificates and/or licensure to understand when this is permissible.

Q.  Is IMC an accredited program?

A.  We are not an accredited course. We have been in business since 2013 with 100% satisfaction. Literally, we have not received anything but positive feedback from our students. At the end of your lessons, you will have the opportunity to let us know how we can improve. When we receive suggestions, we have implemented those changes or have taken them into serious consideration. We may not be accredited, however, we are a legitimate course that has worked very hard to maintain student satisfaction. If you are not in need of credits, rest assured our graduates are able to integrate these skills into their career. Aside from the Certification you'll receive, we also provide signed forms to individuals who request proof of participation in our program.

Q.  What is your Cancellation Policy?

A.  If you change your mind, or decide to enroll in a different course, a refund or exchange may be issued within 5 days of purchase ONLY if you have not yet logged in to the program.  Due to the proprietary nature of our curriculum, we cannot allow refunds or exchanges on programs after you have logged in.
